Delivery, returns & privacy

Delivery & collection

• We sell directly only. Collect from our Midrand office by appointment (Mon–Fri, 9am–4pm), or ask for courier delivery.
• Courier costs are quoted with your order. Some items, such as the Brain Tuner, include free shipping as stated on their page.

Payment

• Pay by EFT, or by internet bank transfer at our office. We don’t accept cheques or credit cards.
• Payments from banks other than ABSA can take up to 24 hours to clear. Goods are released once payment has cleared.
• Prices are in rand and include VAT unless stated. Prices may change; your quote confirms the final price.

Returns

• Contact us at icm@lantic.net or 011 312 3393 about any problem with your order.
• Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act are not affected.

Privacy notice (POPIA)

ICM Industries (“we”), trading as Gacure / Guardian Angel, processes personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).

What we collect

Your name, phone number, email, delivery address, what you ask about and what you order. Because of the products we sell, your questions may include health information; we treat this as confidential.

Why we use it

Only to answer you, supply and deliver your order, and keep the records the law requires. We don’t sell your information or send marketing unless you ask.

Who we share it with

Couriers (to deliver), FormSubmit (which emails our website form to us and processes it outside South Africa), and authorities where the law requires it.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to how we use it: email icm@lantic.net. You can complain to the Information Regulator at inforegulator.org.za.
